@kelly - i’m amazed how PLC is THE buzz word with so many superintendents these days…

via Twitterrific

@briangrenier when i do mandatory 1 shot training now, i basically see that diff of innov curve and realize i’m just talking to 1 or 2…

via im in reply to briangrenier

@briangrenier i do what districts ask for in most cases, and ususally that is 1 shot training….

via im in reply to briangrenier

@briangrenier of course this is not by choice - I want to do sustained PD with followup. I just don’t get many chances to do that. distr …

via im in reply to briangrenier

@briangrenier yes, and follow up is so important for PD to actually be helpful. 90% of what I do is 1 shot. Very ineffective

via im in reply to briangrenier

@briangrenier sadly i don’t get to do much of what I wrote about, but i do sometimes… most is mandatory, sit and get, end of the day….

via web in reply to briangrenier

@briangrenier thanks Brian! thinking about that sort of thing is a big part of my life these days too…
