@theroverapp I noticed your Rover iPad browser app blocks Webkinz & Club Penguin. Any way users can whitelist those sites!

@jenwagner thanks for your input - I’m thinking I’ll experiment writing some Kindle singles like @jackiegerstein & @willrich45 next :-)

@jenwagner what percent of your sales have come from Apple’s iBookstore & how much from Lulu directly?

via Hootsuite in reply to jenwagner

@jenwagner have you been happy with Lulu & that price point? cc @JMGubbins

via Hootsuite in reply to jenwagner

@JMGubbins the psychology of ebook pricing & buying is challenging to figure out. Since I’m self-publishing I have more freedom in pricing

via Hootsuite in reply to JMGubbins

@JMGubbins you think I should stick with $10/$15 or go w $5/$7.50? I am going to offer bulk pricing discounts again.

via Hootsuite in reply to JMGubbins

@JMGubbins the digital literacy references in are very sparse & ambiguous too. There is a big need for specific guidelines I think

via Hootsuite in reply to JMGubbins

@JMGubbins what ebook pricing suggestions / models / exemplars for similar projects do you have / know about it?

via Hootsuite in reply to JMGubbins

@JMGubbins I’d like to price it so it can be widely read… I think the Common Core focus will make it much more relevant for PD now

via Hootsuite in reply to JMGubbins

@JMGubbins thanks so much! I’d love your input on ebook pricing. Instead of $10 std / $15 for enhanced iPad I’m thinking $5 / $7.50

@andthatrhymeswi I agree idealistically, but I think the analogies to the music industry ring true. Disintermediation is threatening $$$

via Hootsuite in reply to andthatrhymeswi

@JMGubbins I’ve been working on it for a year but finally getting it into a narrative form. Very excited to share it!
