@crafty184 @bcrosby yes… based on my experience if you’re not in a ‘major’ city @TMobile service (esp data) isn’t that good right now

@crafty184 (my kids do too, particularly my 14 yr old daughter…)

via Twitter Web Client in reply to crafty184

@crafty184 right, that’s a HUGE benefit. They upped the min data quota to 1 GB per month, after that speeds just drop to EDGE. I love that!

via Twitter Web Client in reply to crafty184

@crafty184 I’m using a @TMobile iPhone 5s now tho, I think performance can vary w unlocked AT&T models…

via Twitter Web Client in reply to crafty184

@crafty184 their LTE service in cities (including OKC) has been rocket-fast consistently for me. Sometimes drops to 4G, but not often

via Twitter Web Client in reply to crafty184

@crafty184 in urban areas, yes definitely. Rural, not so much. w/out my Verizon MiWi when I’m on the road I’d be much less connected…

@classroom_tech if you have any related questions you might ping @jed - he’s a friend & a guru/yoda w/ his! :-)

via Twitter Web Client in reply to classroom_tech

@classroom_tech I’ve considered that 2, not doing it yet… I will probably buy a Nexus 5 in the fall when LG Nexus 6 comes out

iReading: Getting the Little Edu Things Going j.mp/1lLKo0f by @christyfenne

via Buffer

@classroom_tech …it made more sense to just keep my phone, I had just $185 left to pay AT&T at it’s a 64 GB iPhone5

via Twitter Web Client in reply to classroom_tech

@classroom_tech no, if you want the ETF you have to trade in your device. They will pay your ETF & also buy your device, but in my case

via Twitter Web Client in reply to classroom_tech

@classroom_tech I’d be glad to visit with you at some point if I can provide any info or answer any questions about making the switch :-)

via Twitter Web Client in reply to classroom_tech

@classroom_tech I just hope they don’t get bought by Sprint… I like @TMobile as they are now!

via Twitter Web Client in reply to classroom_tech

@classroom_tech they’ve changed the JUMP program so it’s no longer as good a deal, but overall we are VERY happy w @TMobile

via Twitter Web Client in reply to classroom_tech

@classroom_tech the process took awhile b/c of needing unlocked devices, I moved my 2 kids to @TMobile over a year ago on older iPhone4s

via Twitter Web Client in reply to classroom_tech

@classroom_tech the ETF buyout was what pushed me over the edge, but I ended up opting to keep my 64 GB iPhone5 instead…

@classroom_tech I use my Verizon MiWi card for data access when I’m outside major urban areas tho - TMobile isn’t gr8 in rural Oklahoma :-)

via Twitter Web Client in reply to classroom_tech

@classroom_tech I love the @TMobile unlimited plan which also includes 2.5 GB per month of laptop/device tethering :-)

via Twitter Web Client in reply to classroom_tech

@classroom_tech that’s a big reason (in addition to saving $100 per month) that our family ditched @ATT for @TMobile goo.gl/deQvTO
